The 9:00 am and 10:00 am sessions are full.
Spring session will open for registration in mid-March. Mark your calendars!
Class size is 5 to 8 people.
Mats and props are provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat.
We use different props each week: weights, fitness ball, stretching strap, magic circle, foam roller, and more!
